Credits for unused products/services:

If, for any reason, the products or services you have purchased do not meet your expectations, we offer you the opportunity to receive a credit from Ima Beauty. This option is valid for a period of ten (10) business days from the date of purchase. The credit will be applied to the unused portion of your purchase, with the exception of topical products. Please note that purchases made on our website, by phone, or at the clinic are not eligible for refunds, following our policy.

Cancellation of online orders:

You have the freedom to cancel an online order as long as you have not received the purchase confirmation. Once the purchase confirmation is received, you will have the opportunity to obtain a credit by following our return policy.

Purchase invoice: For any credit request, we kindly ask you to keep the original invoice for your purchase. This invoice must be presented when requesting credit at the clinic.

Changes to information on our website:

At Ima Beauty, we strive to maintain the accuracy of the information presented on our website. However, we would like to highlight the following points:

Possibility of changes:

Dates related to offers, prices, and product/service availability may change without prior notice. Our commitment is to only present available products/services, but it is possible that we may not be able to provide you with a selected product/service in case of stock unavailability. If that's the case, we will inform you within 48 hours and offer you the opportunity to cancel the purchase of that product/service or substitute it with another.

Correction of errors:

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information, we reserve the right to revise the price or description of a product/service, cancel, or refuse an order with incorrect information. Adjustments may be made after order acceptance.

Sales Taxes:

At Ima Beauty, we strictly comply with the current sales tax regulations in Canada and Quebec:

GST (Goods and Services Tax) corresponding to 5% (Canada) of the order value is added to orders.

QST (Quebec Sales Tax) corresponding to 9.975% (Quebec) of the order value is added to orders.

Cancellation Policy:

When booking appointments, you were informed of our cancellation policy.

Here is our policy:

A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

A non-refundable fee of $50 will be charged to your credit card in the following cases: You do not show up for your appointment. You do not cancel your appointment within 48 business hours before the scheduled date.

Ima Beauty reserves the right to charge and collect a $50 amount from your credit card for the situations mentioned above.
